“traditional crimes which can be increased in scale or reach by the use of computers, computer networks or other forms of ICT (such as cyber-enabled fraud and data theft).”

Whilst current CPS guidance doesn’t call out immigration crime, it could easily be seen that a traditional crime such as organised immigration crime would fall into this category
